With ProcomCRM, businesses can quickly register, manage their own CRM instance (tenant), and access essential tools like project management, invoicing, customer support, and more—all in their own subdomain.

This guide walks you through the entire tenant registration process, step by step, with detailed explanations for each part of the flow.


🔷 What Is a Tenant in ProcomCRM?

A tenant refers to an independent company or user that registers for their own CRM workspace within the SaaS system. Each tenant receives:

  • A dedicated subdomain (e.g., abccompany.procomcrm.com)

  • Their own admin login

  • An isolated database for security and performance

  • Access to the modules defined by their selected pricing plan


🛠️ Pre-Requirements (For Users)

Before starting registration, make sure you have the following:

  • A company name or brand name

  • A valid email address

  • A unique subdomain name (like your business name)

  • A credit/debit card or payment account (if selecting a paid plan)


🧭 Step-by-Step Tenant Registration Process


✅ Step 1: Visit the ProcomCRM SaaS Landing Page

You’ll land on the homepage that contains:

  • Information about the CRM features

  • Pricing plans

  • Benefits of using ProcomCRM

  • A call-to-action button, such as "Buy Now".

  • You can click on "Pricing" in the header menu to land on the Packages Page.
  • Here you can select any package that you like to subscribe and also see all the details of packages


✅ Step 2: Choose a Pricing Plan

You will see multiple pricing options. Each plan includes details like:

✅ Step 3: Fill Out the Registration Form

Once a plan is selected, you’ll be redirected to a form like the one below:

Email Address Active email used for CRM login and notifications
Company Name Name of your business or team
Subdomain This will become your CRM URL (e.g., yourname.procomcrm.com)
Password Create a strong password
Confirm Password Re-type the same password

✔️ The system will check subdomain availability. If it’s already taken, you’ll be prompted to choose another one.


✅ Step 4: Confirm Your Details

Before proceeding:

  • Verify that your company name and subdomain are correct.

  • Review your selected plan features and cost.

  • Click “Continue” or “Next Step”.


✅ Step 5: Payment (If Applicable)

If you selected a paid plan, you’ll be redirected to the payment gateway:

  • Options may include Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, or others (based on admin configuration)

  • Enter your billing details and complete the payment

  • After successful payment, you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page

💡 If you're registering with a free plan, this step is skipped and the account is created immediately.


✅ Step 6: Auto-Creation of Tenant CRM

Once payment is confirmed or the free plan is processed:

  • A dedicated CRM instance is auto-generated at your chosen subdomain.

    • Example: abccompany.procomcrm.com

  • CRM will include:

    • Enabled modules (e.g., Leads, Projects, Invoices)

    • Default staff role setup

    • Tenant-specific database

  • The system will send a welcome email containing:

    • CRM URL

    • Admin login email

    • Password

    • Quick start instructions

✅ Step 7: Login to Your CRM

  1. Visit your CRM URL → yourcompany.procomcrm.com/admin

  2. Enter your email and password

  3. You will be taken to the CRM Dashboard, where you can:

    • Add new staff

    • Customize settings

    • Manage modules

    • Start your operations


🧑‍💼 Super Admin Guide (for procomcrm.com Owner)

As the Super Admin (Owner of procomcrm.com):

  • Navigate to the Super Admin Panel

  • From here, you can:

    • Manage all tenants

    • Add/edit/delete pricing plans

    • View subscriptions, payments, and active users

    • Suspend or delete tenants

    • Add custom modules to plans

🛡️ Multi-Tenant Security

  • Every tenant runs on an isolated subdomain

  • Databases are separated for each tenant

  • User permissions, settings, and CRM data are 100% private


🧩 Additional Notes

🔹 Can tenants upgrade/downgrade later?

Yes. Tenants can go to their CRM Settings → Billing and upgrade or downgrade the plan.

🔹 Can tenants cancel subscriptions?

Yes. Canceling a subscription will automatically deactivate the subdomain after the billing cycle ends.

🔹 Are invoices generated automatically?

Yes. The system auto-generates invoices and sends them to the registered email.
