How to create Wildcard Subdomain cPanel

if you checked wildcard subdomain is yes in server settings then you need to create wildcard subdomain in cpanel.

Step 1: Login to your cPanel account . e.g https://yourdomain.com/cpanel or https://yourdomain.com:2083 and enter your cPanel username and password.

Step 2: Go to the Domains section or search for subdomains in the search box then click on subdomains icon.

Step 3: Under the Create a Subdomain section, enter * in the Subdomain field and select the domain name from the drop-down list. e.g *.yourdomain.com and finally set the Document Root to public_html or where the software already installed.

Step 4: Select path and both path should be same. e.g if you installed the software in public_html/crm then set the Document Root to public_html/crm

Important: If you have installed the software in a subfolder, you should specify the path to that subfolder instead of public_html. the both path should be same. e.g if you installed the software in public_html/crm then set the Document Root to public_html/crm
